Sensitive Information
Assessments may involve information about disability or health. We treat this as special personal information under POPIA: it is collected only with consent, used solely to identify appropriate assistive technology, and never shared for marketing purposes.
Sharing and Security
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with parties directly involved in delivering a solution (for example, an institution's disability unit) and is protected through appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
